- Minimum Credit Score is 660
Portfolio – Blanket Loans for 7+ rent-producing doors, 5 or 10 year term, Fixed Rate
- Loan amounts higher than $700,000
- 5 or 10-year term with balloon due at end of term
- Interest rates from 5.50% to 7.50%
- Minimum credit score of 660 or higher
- Income verification not required: we lend based on property cash flow
- Commercial lending, underwritten based on Debt Service Coverage, not personal debt-to-income ratios
- Lending directly to an LLC
